Agents and roles as HubSpot describes them.

What is Agent Hub?

HubSpot describes Agent Hub as its “home for every agent running your go-to-market. See what's active, check performance, turn on what hasn't been activated yet, and build custom agents” (HubSpot). It launched in public beta on 23 July 2026, alongside Agent Builder (HubSpot), and featured at UNBOUND, HubSpot's flagship event, held in Boston on 16 to 18 September 2026 (HubSpot).

The idea is shared context. HubSpot says agents work from one customer data foundation, including deal history, contact records, call transcripts and buying signals, rather than each agent holding its own picture of the customer (HubSpot).

What does it include?

Ready-made agents, each described by HubSpot (HubSpot):

  • Customer Agent. Resolves inquiries automatically across channels.
  • Prospecting Agent. Monitors buying signals and launches personalised outreach.
  • Data Agent. Customer insights from your CRM, calls and documents.
  • Content Agent. Blog posts, social content and landing pages in your brand voice.
  • Campaign Agent. Turns one goal into a planned, multi-channel campaign.
  • Nurture Agent. A personalised email for each lead, based on where they are.
  • Revenue Agent. Automates invoice follow-up and payment reminders.
  • Smart Deal Progression. AI-suggested next steps after every call.

Agent Hub also gives one view of live status and performance, one-click activation of agents not yet switched on, and access to Agent Builder and the Agent Marketplace (HubSpot).

What is Agent Builder?

Agent Builder creates custom agents and automations on one canvas, without code. Teams can describe what they want in natural language through Breeze Assistant, and trigger agents on a schedule, on contact updates, from webhooks or from third-party integrations (HubSpot).

Who gets it, and what does it cost?

HubSpot states that “Agent Hub is included for all Starter, Professional, and Enterprise customers. Custom agents built in agent builder consume HubSpot Credits.” Credits can be bought up front in packs or used pay-as-you-go (HubSpot). At the July beta, HubSpot listed Agent Hub and Agent Builder for Professional and Enterprise customers (HubSpot), so check what your tier includes today. Some agents carry their own requirements: Customer Agent needs a Professional or Enterprise subscription and runs on HubSpot Credits (HubSpot).

What results does HubSpot report?

HubSpot reports that Prospecting Agent users see 65% more leads and a 26% higher deal win rate, and that Customer Agent users close 77% more tickets with 39% faster resolution (HubSpot). These are HubSpot's averages, not a forecast for any one business.

What does it mean for enterprises in Southeast Asia?

When every customer can switch on the same agents, the agents stop being the advantage. The advantage moves to what they draw on: clean customer data, a written knowledge base, WhatsApp, Viber and LINE conversations inside the CRM, and clear rules on what each agent may do with personal data in each market.

Pick the first agent worth funding.

A strategy call ranks agents by value and sets what each one must be measured on.
