What sets the HubSpot licence cost?
HubSpot sets its own licence prices. Three choices decide the bill: which hubs you buy (Smart CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub, Data Hub, Revenue Hub), which tier of each (Free, Starter, Professional or Enterprise), and how many seats your teams need.
Marketing Hub is also priced on the number of marketing contacts. Every paid plan includes a monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits, which pay for AI and other usage-based features, with more available to buy (HubSpot).
What do HubSpot's published list prices show?
HubSpot's pricing pages showed these starting list prices on 2 October 2026, in US dollars:
| Edition | Starting list price | Required one-time onboarding |
|---|---|---|
| Marketing Hub Professional | $800 a month, 3 core seats included | $3,000 |
| Marketing Hub Enterprise | $3,600 a month, 5 core seats included | $7,000 |
| Sales Hub Professional | Priced per seat, see HubSpot | $1,500 |
| Sales Hub Enterprise | $150 a month per seat | $3,500 |
Additional Marketing Hub core seats start at $45 a month on Professional and $75 a month on Enterprise (HubSpot; HubSpot). List prices change, vary with billing commitment and may be shown in local currency. Treat them as a starting point, not a quote.
What drives implementation cost?
Implementation is the larger variable. It depends on scope, and scope has six parts:
- Hubs. Each hub adds configuration, training and reporting.
- Markets and brands. Every country, language and business unit adds design decisions, permissions and go-live work.
- Migration. How many systems hold customer data, how many records, and how clean they are.
- Integrations. ERP, core systems, e-commerce, and messaging channels such as WhatsApp, Viber and LINE.
- AI agents. HubSpot includes Agent Hub for Starter, Professional and Enterprise customers, with agents drawing on HubSpot Credits (HubSpot). Each agent needs written context and governance before it goes live.
- Adoption. Training by role and market, in the language teams work in.
Why does cost vary more for enterprises in Southeast Asia?
Regional enterprises rarely run one market. They run several, often on different systems, with customers who message on WhatsApp, Viber or LINE as much as email. Each market also has its own data protection law, and HubSpot hosts data outside Southeast Asia (HubSpot), so transfers must be documented. These are design questions, and they show up in the scope.
How do you keep the cost predictable?
Start from one revenue number, not a feature list. Phase the work by market or by hub, and licence only what each phase needs. Clean data before you migrate it, because moving bad records costs twice. Decide integrations up front, since they are the most common source of late surprises.
Can you buy HubSpot licences through a partner?
Yes. HubSpot Solutions Partners can handle licensing alongside implementation, and HubSpot notes that partners can deliver onboarding (HubSpot). Azend does not publish implementation prices. We scope each engagement after a strategy call, because the drivers above differ for every enterprise.
