Dynamics to HubSpot, redesigned properly.

For enterprises leaving Microsoft Dynamics 365.

A Microsoft Dynamics 365 to HubSpot migration with Azend moves accounts, contacts, leads, opportunities, cases, products, orders and activity history into HubSpot, and redesigns business process flows, Power Automate flows and security roles as HubSpot pipelines, workflows and permissions.

Framework 01

What moves where.

Every Dynamics table has a home in HubSpot.

  1. Accountmaps toCompaniesParent accounts, owners and custom columns.
  2. ContactLeadmaps toContactsOne record per person, lifecycle stage set.
  3. OpportunityOpportunity Productmaps toDealsLine itemsStages, amounts and close dates.
  4. Casemaps toTicketsStatus, priority and history, in help desk.
  5. ProductPrice Listmaps toProductsIn every currency you sell in.
  6. QuoteOrderInvoicemaps toQuotesOrdersInvoicesLinked to the deal and company.
  7. EmailAppointmentPhone CallTaskNotemaps toEmailsMeetingsCallsTasksNotesWith dates, owners and linked records.
  8. Custom tablesmaps toCustom objectsOn HubSpot Enterprise, or a standard object.
  9. Business UnitTeamUsermaps toTeamsUsersMatched before the first load.

A model, not a result: every field is mapped in a sheet your team signs off before the first test load.

Process flows are rebuilt, not copied.

Business process flows, Power Automate flows and plug-ins are reviewed one by one.

01

Keep

Stage rules the business still needs, rebuilt as pipelines and workflows.

02

Rebuild

Plug-in and flow logic moved to custom code actions or integrations.

03

Retire

Workarounds nobody needs once the data model is right.

How cutover works.

01

Audit

Tables, forms, flows, plug-ins, security roles, integrations and reports inventoried.

02

Map

Every column mapped, business units matched to teams, duplicates resolved.

03

Test rounds

Sample loads, then full loads, checked by your own users.

04

Freeze and cut over

Changes frozen for a short window, final data loaded, ERP and other integrations switched.

05

Verify

Record counts and key accounts reconciled. Teams start work in HubSpot.

Framework 02

Dynamics stays live until cutover.

Teams keep working in Dynamics through the test rounds, so pipeline and service never pause.

Questions.

Does HubSpot have a tool for moving Dynamics 365 data?

Yes. HubSpot Smart Transfer supports Dynamics 365 for standard records and activities. It does not transfer custom objects, so custom tables are moved by import or API.

How do security roles and business units translate?

They are redesigned as HubSpot teams, permission sets and record access rules, so each market and team sees what it should.

Our Dynamics is tied to our ERP. Is that a blocker?

No, but it is planned first. ERP integrations are re-pointed to HubSpot and tested before cutover. ERP integration

Move with a plan, not a leap.

A strategy call scopes your Dynamics environment, integrations, total cost of ownership and a cutover date that suits the business.
