Bella Clinic is an aesthetic clinic offering many cosmetic and wellness services. After a few years in the market, the brand struggled to reflect their message to the audience. After retrieving some insights, we found that their brand logo and identity were outdated and needed to be refreshed.

We saw a need to revamp their brand logo to reflect their mission of self-love and empowerment. The new logo captures the essence of confidence and elegance, while the tagline ‘Love Yourself’ serves as a reminder to embrace every individual’s unique beauty.

Since the rebranding, the client’s brand valuation increased. It was successfully acquired by Dr.Chong, a renowned aesthetic clinic.

Whallo is Malaysia’s first cold chain delivery service that delivers frozen goods from door-to-door. We were given the responsibility to brand the new business to stand out from the competition. However, the brand also has to reflect the core values and essence of the business
approach
To brand the business, we used a whale theme that manifests into the mascot and name. The usage of blue and whale’s tail reflect the freshness of cold deliveries.  

Next, to establish distinction and recall factor, we came out with the whale imagery paired with a name that resembles the iconic mammal. This mascot and imagery can be seen on variations of the brand collaterals, including business cards, banners, promotional posters, and more.

This approach resulted in a recognisable brand across assets and collaterals. Whallo managed to become a distinct brand apart from other competitors. The brand can now be seen with partner ParcelHub.
