Parcelhub is a fulfilment and parcel delivery service that offers technological solutions to help businesses streamline their e-commerce operations.

The client needed a brand to reflect business vision and message. The business needs to appear more competitive to open up opportunities for new franchises and overseas markets. Lastly, the company itself needed a brand to reflect its mission and elevate its positioning to be more competitive.

We angled our approach with ‘Delivering smiles’. The core value revolves around last-mile customer satisfaction, thus we came up with a message of delivering happiness and smiles without hassle. Moving away from its traditional look, we crafted a new heroic identity, paired with bold scarlet red brand colour. We also utilised a hero mascot to manifest the brand as a problem-solving agent.

This has resulted in a consistent brand voice and identity that was standardised throughout the whole business and branches nationwide. The client’s operations look more cohesive when the corporate team is seen using the same language as their employees. And with a comprehensive brand guideline, the client can ensure consistency over partners and franchises, opening up opportunities to expand to international markets.
